Lake Marble Falls_Los Escondidos

This project, located in the Los Escondidos subdivision in Marble Falls, started as a partial interior remodel. However, once started, the project metamorphized into a multi-phased property update! Most of the interior was incorporated into the remodel with updated textures, colors and fixtures.

An outdated, small swimming pool was demolished and replaced with a larger pool, spa, and patio area. WCI also designed and built an exterior Fire Pit and outside kitchen, complete with pizza oven, gas grill, smoker, sink and storage compartments.

A large, custom designed boat dock was also added. The boat dock included custom boat-slip compartment doors, rooftop sun deck, water slide and rope-swing.
